RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Verd & Co. We want you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we're here to help.

RETURNS

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your jewelry must be:

  • Unworn and in brand new condition
  • In its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Free from any signs of wear, scratches, tarnishing, or damage
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Items showing any signs of wear, contact with skin, perfume, water, or damage will not be accepted for return.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Custom or personalized jewelry
  • Engraved items
  • Resized rings
  • Sale, clearance, or final sale items
  • Items marked as "non-returnable" at time of purchase
  • Gift cards

REFUNDS

Once we receive your jewelry, we will inspect it within 2-3 business days and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Items must pass inspection to qualify for a refund. We reserve the right to reject returns that show signs of wear, tarnishing, or do not meet our return criteria.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment minus a 15% restocking fee. You will receive the credit within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same item, contact us at verd.andcojewlers@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

SHIPPING COSTS

  • You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund
  • We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping service for all jewelry returns

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at verd.andcojewlers@gmail.com with:

  • Photos of the damage or defect
  • Your order number
  • Description of the issue

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you for verified defects.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To start a return, please email us at verd.andcojewlers@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the item in its current condition

We will review your request and provide return instructions if approved. All returns require prior authorization.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted
  • Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving return authorization
  • Refunds are processed only after items pass inspection
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that don't meet our conditions
  • For security purposes, please ship jewelry with insurance and tracking
