At Verd & Co, we are committed to delivering your jewelry safely and promptly. Please review our shipping policy below.

PROCESSING TIME

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays)
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships
  • Custom or personalized jewelry may require additional processing time of 5-7 business days

We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

Standard Shipping - $6.99

  • Delivery: 5-7 business days
  • Shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx

Express Shipping - $14.99

  • Delivery: 2-3 business days
  • Shipped via UPS or FedEx

Overnight Shipping - $29.99

  • Delivery: 1 business day
  • Order must be placed before 12 PM EST
  • Shipped via FedEx or UPS

FREE SHIPPING

  • Available on all orders over $200 within the United States

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship internationally to customers worldwide.

  • International shipping rates are calculated at checkout and may vary based on destination and package weight
  • Delivery time: 10-21 business days depending on location
  • Shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx International
  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country
  • International orders may be subject to customs delays beyond our control

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

  • A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships
  • You can track your package through USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your shipping carrier
  • Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for express or overnight shipping
  • We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Address changes must be requested within 2 hours of order placement

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

  • Verd & Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed delivered to the address entered for an order
  • All claims for missing packages must be reported within 48 hours of the delivery confirmation
  • We recommend selecting "Signature Required" at checkout for high-value orders
  • Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the address provided and file a claim with the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) if applicable

DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your jewelry arrives damaged:

  • Do not discard the packaging
  • Take photos of the damaged package and item
  • Contact us immediately at verd.andcojewlers@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund

ORDER MODIFICATIONS

  • Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement
  • After 2 hours, we cannot guarantee changes as your order may already be in processing
  • Contact verd.andcojewlers@gmail.com immediately with your order number and requested changes

HOLIDAYS & DELAYS

  • During peak seasons (holidays, promotions), processing and shipping times may be extended
  • Weather conditions and carrier delays are beyond our control
  • We will notify you of any significant delays

INSURANCE

  • All packages are insured up to $100
  • For orders over $100, additional insurance is automatically included
  • We recommend purchasing additional insurance for high-value orders at checkout
